SERVICES
We are an Endocrinology Consultative service provider and do not provide emergency service for primary care needs. If you believe you have an endocrine emergency please proceed to your nearest emergency room or call 911 for assistance. We would be happy to consider you for a walk in service during scheduled office hours or an early appointment if you think you deserve an earlier visit. Please discuss this need with a live person on our phone service during office hours if you think this is necessary. This would be done based on provider availability. We have a commitment to excellence when it comes to the level of care we provide. This, unfortunately does not include emergency care.
EMERGENCY SERVICES
If you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or proceed to your nearest emergency room. Please do not leave messages on our Patient portal or Answering machine since these are not monitored on an hourly or daily basis. Thank you for your cooperation.
INTERNAL MEDICINE
Although Endocrinology and Internal medicine do sometimes overlap, we do not provide general medical management of internal medicine or internal medicine issues even if they relate to your endocrine issues. Please call your internist or Primary care physician for general medical advice. Thank you.
PHARMACY
We do not provide pharmacy services. in house. Please have your prescriptions refilled at you doctors visits annually or bi annually. In an emergency, please have your pharmacy call Dr Behari by phone to discuss any emergency refill needs. Thank you
